These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vedicastrologer.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
Vedicastrologer.ai is an online service that calculates Vedic birth charts and generates AI-assisted readings, answers and karmic remedy plans based on the birth details you provide.
2. What is free and what is paid
- Your birth chart (Kundli) and its basic details are free.
- In the Love, Relationship & Marriage section, your first question is free.
- The detailed love reading and the karmic remedy plan are paid unlocks.
3. Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Current pricing for the Love, Relationship & Marriage section:
- Ask your questions — ₹299 for a pack of 10 questions (after your free first question). Questions can be asked in any language.
- Love reading — ₹299 — spouse looks and personality, meeting place, relationship style and timings, and marriage timing windows.
- Karmic remedies — ₹199 — a 90-day action plan of 9 karmic actions.
- Complete bundle — ₹549 — all three of the above together.
We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets). We never receive your card or UPI credentials. Unlocks are applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. An account is required to purchase, so that your readings stay available to you.
5. How your reading is produced
Your chart is computed using classical Parashari rules, and the AI interprets it against that chart. To keep results fast and consistent, a reading for the same birth details may be reused for up to 7 days before being generated afresh. Wording can differ between generations; the underlying chart does not.
6. Our approach to remedies
We deliberately do not prescribe rituals, mantras, gemstones or pujas. Most ritual procedures today are performed incorrectly and give no result, and incorrect mantra pronunciation can do harm. Our remedies are therefore purely karmic — daily actions, donations and good deeds you perform yourself. Results depend on your own consistent effort and free will; no outcome is guaranteed.
7. Accuracy of information
The accuracy of your reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. Incorrect date, time or place of birth will produce incorrect results, and this is not a valid reason for a refund.
8. Entertainment & informational purpose only
Our readings, answers and remedies are provided for personal insight, cultural and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise. Do not make important life decisions solely based on our readings. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
10. Accounts and user conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Paid unlocks and question packs are for your personal use and are not transferable. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or another person's information without consent.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute our readings commercially.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, automate or overload the Service.
- Use the question feature for abusive, unlawful or off-topic content.
11. Intellectual property
The website, brand, content, reading templates and underlying software are owned by Vedicastrologer.ai. Your personal reading is for your personal use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vedicastrologer.ai and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on our readings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading giving rise to the claim.
13. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is in active development — currently the Love, Relationship & Marriage reading is live, and other life areas may be added later. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
