We want you to have a good experience with Vedicastrologer.ai. This policy explains when refunds are available for our digital readings, question packs and karmic remedy plans.
1. What you are buying
- Ask your questions — ₹299 for a pack of 10 questions (first question is free).
- Love reading — ₹299.
- Karmic remedies (90-day plan) — ₹199.
- Complete bundle — ₹549 for all three.
These are digital goods delivered instantly on your screen. Because a reading is created and shown to you right away, we generally cannot offer a refund once it has been generated and viewed.
2. When you can request a refund
You may request a full refund if:
- You were charged but your unlock was not applied to your account.
- The reading or remedy plan failed to generate due to a technical error on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Your money was debited but the payment shows as failed or cancelled at our end.
Where only part of a bundle failed, we may refund that part rather than the whole bundle.
3. Question packs
Unused questions from a ₹299 pack can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 2 questions. Questions already asked and answered are not refundable.
4. When refunds are not available
- Change of mind after the reading has been generated and shown to you.
- Inaccurate results caused by incorrect date, time or place of birth entered by you.
- Dissatisfaction with predictions — astrology is interpretive and no outcome can be guaranteed.
- Remedies not producing a result. Karmic remedies depend on your own consistent action over 90 days and on free will.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Email support.vedicastrologer.ai@gmail.com or use our contact form with:
- Your Razorpay order or payment reference ID.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short description of the issue.
6. Processing time
We respond to refund requests within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
